Distinguished Toastmaster
Toastmasters International is an international non-profit organization dedicated to developing communication and leadership skills. Through local clubs, members practice public speaking, receive structured feedback, and develop confidence in speaking in public and leading teams in various professional and personal contexts.
I hold the Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) status, the highest recognition awarded by the organization. This title distinguishes members who demonstrate excellence and continuous commitment to developing advanced communication and leadership skills, as well as actively contributing to the training and growth of other members within the Toastmasters community .
Conference Chair
Toastmasters District 107 Spring Conference
I was Conference Chair of the Toastmasters District 107 Spring Conference – “Celebrating Together”, where I led the team responsible for organizing an international conference that brought together countries belonging to District 107 (Portugal, Spain, Morocco, Andorra, Algeria, Tunisia and the territory of Gibraltar) for approximately 250 participants.
In this role, I coordinated the strategic and operational structure of the event, ensuring the execution of international public speaking competitions, training workshops, and various sessions dedicated to communication and leadership, promoting knowledge sharing, networking, and personal development among members from different countries.
This International Conference took place on May 18th and 19th, 2024 at the Porto Customs House.

From 2016 to the present, I have been leading workshops within the framework of Communication and Leadership events at Toastmasters, contributing to the continuous development of members and clubs.
These workshops focus on effective communication, leadership, teamwork, the quality of Toastmaster sessions, and creating positive, inviting, and healthy environments, promoting sustainable learning cultures and enriching experiences for all participants.
