I conclude with storytelling techniques to make each presentation memorable and engaging.

In this training, I worked on developing skills in intercultural communication and leadership coaching, helping participants understand the importance of communication between cultures, identify examples and obstacles to intercultural communication, apply coaching principles to leadership, and use active listening to support and develop others. We also explored ways to create a coaching culture within teams and organizations.
